The apartment has: central heating (!) and a warm terrace, sheltered from the wind by sliding transparent vertical awnings.
Special price in the period from October1 till May1 is 35 Euro per night for two people. And no any surcharges! Heating, police registration, tourist tax are included in the price.
An additional advantage for those who would like to come for a long time is the presence of a washing machine in the apartment.
The house is located in the best area of Rovinj - Centener, half an hour walk from the old town, 10 minutes walk from the famous Punta Carrente park and just around the corner from the Maslina restaurant and the Konzum supermarket.
